I am Stacy Viva, an American originally from Los Angeles who has called Madrid home for over a decade. Drawing on my experience as the Relocation Director for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Spain, I have since launched my own business and now split my time and operations across two continents.
My expertise extends from assisting expats with purchasing and financing residential and commercial properties, to advising on strategic tax and immigration pathways, to overseeing complex deals and situations. Through this work, I have found that each client is entirely unique and requires a tailor-made strategy to avoid costly pitfalls.

Literarily been there, done that experience. I have bought properties in Madrid, remodeled, rented long-term and short-term, and managed Airbnbs, so my experience is firsthand.

As a fellow American and real estate broker and agent in California, I bought and have sold properties for myself, for clients and for investors.
